Coach Boudro is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology, specializing in health promotion and a Master's of Science Degree specializing in Sports Administration. His certifications include; Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through CSCCa, and ACE-CPT through the American Counsel of Exercise.
Coach Boudro worked with 19 of 25 varsity programs as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Michigan State University including the Men's Football, Basketball, Baseball and Wrestling Teams and Women's Golf, Soccer, Volleyball Teams.
Ben was also a 5 year member of the Men's Varsity Wrestling Team where he went from being a walk on to being named Team Captain during his senior season. He is also the recipient of the 2011 Perseverance Award which is the award for athletes who demonstrate mental toughness and leadership. Along with his three brothers, Ben is Co-Owner of Boudro Wrestling Camps which has an average of 400+ participants every year.
