Body Weight Workout Challenge!

It’s the day after Christmas. Admit it, you splurged yesterday didn’t you? You just couldn’t hold back from your moms cinnamon rolls and basically threw in the towel and ate everything in sight.

Haha, don’t worry It’s all good. We are only human and the holidays are short. I am right there with you.

Now, let’s face the brutal truth. Those calories are not just going to disappear. Get your butt moving and get your workout in today. Try this Body weight challenge and torch away that fat you put in your body yesterday.

Here we go:

Just so you know:

Red = Easiest

White = Harder

Blue = Hardest

  • 100 1/2 Burpees 

Red = Use a 24 inch bench or chair
White = Use a 12 in bench or chair
Blue = Hit the ground

  • 100 Push Ups

Red = Use a 24 inch bench or chair
White = On your knees
Blue =
Hit the ground

  • 100 High Knees

Red = Use a wall
White = Add a soft skip in between
Blue = Regular High Knees

  • 100 Tricep Dips

Red =  Use a high table or bench something 3 feet or higher
White = Use a low bench or table under 24 inches
Blue = Put your feet up on a bench in front of you, use a bench or table under 24 inches

  • 100 Alternating V-Ups

Red = Do straight leg sit ups
White = Regular
Blue = Regular

  • 90 Split Squat Jumps 

Red = Reverse Lunges
White = Split Squats with no jumps
Blue = Jumping in between

  • 80 Russian Twists

Red = Keep your feet on the ground
White = Feet up in the air
Blue = Hold a 10 lb weight in your hands

  • 70 Full Burpees

Red = Use a bench 24 inches or higher (hit your chest!)
White = Use a bench 12 inches or higher (hit your chest!)
Blue = Hit your chest to the ground, no bench

  • 60 V-Ups

Red = Straight Leg Sit Ups
White = Alternating V-Ups
Blue = Do them right!

  • 100 Rapid Fire Punches

Just find a pillow, couch, or any kind of punching bag and let em rip! Without hyper extending your arms, punch away until you reach 100 punches.
